Coaching is an investment in you, and a stimulus for your own success. We will help you set & achieve your goals, and challenge internal and external barriers along the way.
We start by helping you define milestones and goals aimed at your desired outcomes. We employ relevant research to assist in getting you past the "hopes and dreams" stages, and ensure your goals are meaningful and motivating. From there, we design a coaching program tailored to your unique situation.
Coaching is usually comprised of two sessions per month lasting about an hour each, but can be adjusted to your specific needs. Depending on your location and preferences, we can meet in person, telephonically or via video (Skype®, Facetime, etc.). We can also support you between sessions using instant messaging, emails and other technologies.
